First, the blog still speaks the old plan names. “Team” is not a live card on v0.app/pricing today. The live team cards are Plus and Business. The current docs name the shared bucket as Shared Credit Pool on Plus, Business, and Enterprise, and they restate the clock in current vocabulary: Shared Credit Pool credits expire one year after purchase. Put the included pool next to it so the waste is visible. Five Plus seats include $150/month of credits. Five Business seats include $150/month of credits. The studio that “moved to Business for more usage” still has $150/month, then buys add-on credits anyway, and has also paid $4,200 for a training default.

You are not comparing $1,800 of usage against $6,000 of usage. The other $4,200 is the privacy default.

Buy Plus, and buy additional credits when needed, when all of this is true: the prompts are not a training problem you have to carry, the docs cell Data Opt-out: No is acceptable, and the failure mode you actually hit is running out of the $30 included pool. Business will not enlarge that pool.
Buy Business when this is true: you cannot accept Plus’s training default on v0 chats, the docs cell Data Opt-out: Yes is the thing you are procuring, and you have read Training opt-out by default as a default, not as Enterprise “never.” Client code, unreleased product, and anything you would not paste into a model that trains by default belong here.
